Historic buildings are the connection between the past and the present; functionally used in everyday life yet still holding the styles, techniques, and looks of a bygone era.  This video touches on how to make historical buildings more efficient and safer by making them more capable of handling the challenges Central Vermont presents such as extreme winter conditions, and as experienced over the past years, flooding.

Historical buildings are as much a part of the future as new design and understanding what the community can do to restore them is a key part of maintaining our unique culture here in Central Vermont.
